Always of special concern, Health and Safety issues are addressed meticulously on all projects. Pierse is also committed to minimising its negative impact on the environment so far as is reasonably practicable and providing an end product and continuing service to the highest quality standard. To this end the company operates a formally documented system to manage the Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental issues including it's  hazards, environmental impacts and quality assurance requirements associated with its activities.

The company is dedicated to developing and maintaining a culture of responsible safety, environmental and quality awareness with best practise standards within its organisation achieved through:

* providing adequate resourcing;
* promoting relevant training; and
* by making the necessary systems and management procedures available.

Pierse maintain and operate an Integrated Management System which meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2000, OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO14001:2004. This integrated Quality, Safety and Environmental Management System is internationally accredited. National and EU standards are always exceeded as the company continues to invest in best practise on all quality, health, safety and environmental issues.
